Program Description:


FLP Germany BrochureThis short-term program offers seminars on relevant European matters as well as courses on German language and culture at the University of Tübingen, one of Germany’s most prestigious institutions.

The program includes:
  • Academic courses taught in English, including OSU faculty Dr. Philip Kneis and Dr. Allison Davis White-Eyes, along with Dr. Jan Ullrich from the Universitat Tubingen.
  • Excursions and visits to European Institutions
  • A German language class
  • A workshop on “Intercultural Competence”
  • Various cultural activities
  • Buddy Program: The buddy program promotes intercultural exchange and will allow you to get to know German student life first-hand!
You will visit Strasbourg, Berlin, and Stuttgart, take a tour of the European Parliament, interview EU politicians, and visit influential companies (like Mercedes-Benz or Ritter Sport) in the economically strong region of Baden Württemberg.

Earn 9 credits in 6 weeks! Academic course taught in English by renowned researchers.
